Certificate of lawfulness to confirm existing implementation of approval P/2018/0675/WEIA for demolition of existing security and administration buildings and erection of an energy recovery facility to produce 30mw of electricity for distribution to Pilkington Greengate and Watson Street works and to National Grid, from the importation of 300,000 tonnes per annum of refuse derived fuel and residual municipal, commercial and industrial waste, also the erection of new security and substation buildings.
