Alterations to Listed Building including: 1. Opening up of an existing blind window opening and the provision of a new window frame. 2. The replacing of 4No existing windows. 3. The provision of a new rooflight in the existing house roof. 4. The provision of an internal S&VP. 5. The conversion of an attached outbuilding currently used for domestic storage to provide additional ancillary domestic accommodation (Granny Annex). 6. The replacing of the existing corrugated metal roof sheeting on the garage with a Staffordshire Blue tiles including a new roof structure. 7. The provision of 5No new roof lights in the existing garage and attached outbuilding.
