The replacing of the existing corrugated metal roof sheeting on the garage with a Staffordshire Blue tiles including a new roof structure. 7. The provision of 5No new roof lights in the existing garage and attached outbuilding.

Listed Building Consent for the conversion of existing first floor store to non-habitable ancillary domestic accommodation and replacement windows to rear elevation at first floor.
