Erection of detached garage, new vehicular access and replacement roadside boundary wall

Reinstatement of railway track, new platform and and replacement footpath on former railway line between Cornhill, Leek and boundary of existing operational railway land at Leekbrook.

The proposed works are to partially rebuild defective boundary dry stone walls which front onto the main A523. Replacement of defective metal railings to the rear of the stone wall. Rebuilding of the stone buttress to the existing stone wall along the eastern boundary.

Proposed modifications to boundary wall and fence to provide increased privacy

Proposed new and replacement boundary fencing and gates.

Creation of foundation and access for proposed double garage. This has involved the clearing of shrubs and trees, excavation of soil and demolition of a section of brick wall creating the boundary.

Landscaping, erection of outhouse buildings adjacent to boundary and widened driveway/dropped kerb.

Proposed safeguarding project, installation of new boundary and site fencing, gates with new 2 metre and 2.4 metre high paladin mesh vertical bar fencing and gates.

Non material amendement relating to SMD/2019/0393: 1) Differing window design to that originally approved (all plots) 2) gap between top of first floor windows and the eaves (all plots) 3) Provision of cill detailing where none shown on approved (all plots) 4) Larger first windows than approved (all plots) 5) Provision of tarmac driveways (all plots) 6) Removal of landscaping to front of property (plot 2) 7) Removal of hedgerow to boundary between Plots 2 & 3 and erection of fence 8) Removal of chimney (plot 4) 9) Removal of tre from front garden (plot 5)
