Removal of 1no. dormer on house type B 7. Rearrangement of plots 13, 14 and 17 8. The roof pitches on House types A,C,D,E,F & G have been dropped from 35 degrees to 30 9. House types B & C have changed from 3 beds to 4 Beds 10. Raised timber deckings have been added to the rear of the bungalows on plots 32 - 40 11. Some bungalows have been handed to facilitate vehicular access 12. Plots 18 and 23 & 24 have been swapped around 13. Addition of an ensuite above the porch on House Type C 14. Driveway alterations on plots 2 - 5 15. The 2 roads to the north of the site have been made private
