Demolition of the existing residential property followed by the construction of 7no. new dwellings (5 houses and 2 apartments), alterations to existing access, soft landscaping, amenity areas, car parking, cycle and refuse storage.

Demolition of existing outlet store (Use Class E) and construction of a part 9 storey, part 13 storey building comprising 224 no. build to rent dwellings consisting of 162 no. 1 bedroom, 50 no. 2 bedroom and 12 no. 3 bedroom units; 161 sq.m of Use Class E and Use Class F floorspace; ground floor parking area, cycle storage facilities, associated plant and equipment, landscaping and ancillary works, comprising both residential and commercial / ancillary residential floorspace along with associated landscaping and public realm enhancements refuse storage, and cycle and car parking.
