Demolition of an existing storage facility, and erection of a 3-Storey Research and Development Facility

Demolition of existing garage blocks and their replacement with a development comprising a two storey supported housing building containing a mix of 21no 1, 2 and 3 person units and associated facilities and a separate two storey terrace comprising 6 x one bedroom class C3 dwellings together with associated amenity areas, car and cycle parking bin store

Development for use classes E (g) (iii), B2, B8 and associated works to include servicing, access, landscaping, means of enclosure and associated works

Erection of five residential dwellings (Class C3), together with associated development including access, parking and landscaping

Installation of a 20m monopole, 12 no. antenna, 4 no. equipment cabinets, alongside the relocation of 1 no. existing equipment cabinet and the removal of the existing 11.7m monopole, 2 no. equipment cabinets and development ancillary thereto

The removal and replacement of the existing 13 metre high monopole with a 20 metre high monopole, supporting 6 no. antennas, and ancillary development thereto, including the installation of 1 no. GPS module and 3 no. RRUs (Remote Radio Units) to be located on the replacement monopole

Re-development of part of the existing school site to include 2 new-build teaching blocks to replace existing blocks, a new entrance for the Sports Hall, the phased demolition of the existing blocks, new landscaped amenity grassland and new service connections to the new buildings and all retained blocks

Installation of fire new escape route has to be created from one of the two staircores of the adjacent development approved under planning application 16/00482/FPM. The escape route is necessary as the stair core cannot discharge directly into the proposed car park.

Replacement of an existing 13.0m monopole with a 20.0m high monopole supporting 12 no antenna apertures, together with the installation of ground-based equipment cabinets and ancillary development thereto.
