Redevelopment of site to provide 150 dwellinghouses, 56 apartments, associated landscaping and open space, the creation of a country park and new vehicular access, together with site remediation, re-profiling, and enabling works to create required development platforms. NB: HGV's associated with remediation and construction will mainly access the site from Adswood Road with LGV's accessing from Midland Road. Works to Garners Lane Junction.
