Retrospective application for the construction of a rear extension with a flat roof and a door to the first floor level

Part-retrospective wrap around extension, to include, front, side and rear single storey extension. Part proposed, first- floor side extension. Other works include: (i) Demolish concrete sectional garage with safe removal of asbestos roof to be replace with brick/blocks construction. The rear garage is to be reduced in size. Concrete block paving driveway with flowerbed/shrubs on the west side and partially on the south side.
