Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a proposed dingle-storey rear extension, not exceeding 3 metres projection from existing dwelling rear wall and not exceeding 4 metres in height at highest point, together with removal of side door to eastern elevation, and insertion of window to eastern elevation, with associated works, to create living space incidental to use of existing dwelling house.
