A description of the proposed works. Crown Reduce birch to previous pruning point. Beech, reduce by up to 1/3rd . Main reason is due to danger of heavy branches breaking off from both of the trees and causing death/serious injury to passers by or serious damage to our property, neighbouring property, road and pavement users and telephone lines. Heads will be timber and match existing windows. Details of the windows to the timber replacement side conservatory and extensions are attached to this application. These will be timber double hung sashes to match existing with mouldings and timber sections matching the existing traditional original windows in the property. The windows will be positioned to match the existing windows in the external reveal. They will be set back to copy the original design as per front elevation of the property's existing windows. There will be no mounted trickle vents fitted to any new or retained windows. With regard to condition 8, there are no planned removal of trees surrounding the new developments.
