Western parcel: Demolition of existing garages on site; removal of existing tennis/netball courts; erection of a two storey educational facility (use class F1(a)), creation of new vehicular, cycle and pedestrian access and egress off Jacksons Lane; car park with drop off bay; new hard and soft landscaping including a MUGA; erection of PV canopies; and Eastern parcel: erection of replacement tennis /netball courts; fencing; two garages and resurfacing of existing hard standing to create a formal car parking area.

Demolition of existing wall fronting the highway and replacement with a new 6ft high brick wall with wrought iron railing, pedestrian gate and vehicle gate infill between pillars. Lower wall sections to receive decorative brick bonds under coping stones and pillars to also be finished with decorative sandstone coping. Existing fence along the boundary with 320 Wellington road to butt up to new brick piers and 3ft fence panel / posts to be replaced with new 6ft fence panels/posts. New brick pillar adjacent to 318 Wellington road to butt up to the end of the wall that runs along the boundary.

Alterations and improvements to outdoor play areas following the demolition of the former air raid shelter, including re-surfacing works, new outdoor play equipment and canopy, fencing and gates, and soft landscaping.

Installation of a 2.4 metre palisade perimeter fence to secure the site during demolition and clearance and prior to remediation and redevelopment.

Proposed demolition and rebuild of existing garage and associated extensions to provide new entrance, garage and storage area, external alterations to existing property and proposed fence adaption for visibility splay for new off road parking space including dropped kerb.

External alterations to the Greek Street Building including demolition of adjoining lean-to structures and buildings, adjoining storage unit, two-storey extension and boiler room and existing walls and fences; removal of flue and associated fixings and equipment; removal and reinstatement of windows and doors; and all other associated works (Listed Building Consent).

Change of use of existing public house (Class A4) to an Office (Class B1), partial demolition and erection of a two storey extension to the side, erection of a first floor extension to the rear, the reconfiguration of the existing car park; the erection of a detached single storey ancillary storage unit within the rear car park and erection of a 2.4 metre high paladin style security fence and gates.
