Installation of a concrete base to provide a secure buggy park with associated fencing (Lawful Development Certificate application)

Development of a grid-scale battery storage project consisting of battery racks, inverters, transformers and other electrical plant equipment connected via an underground ducted cable to Electricity North West's distribution network at the Vernon Park Substation. Erection of secure compound enclosed by a 2.4m high security fence. A 6.0m high ball stopping net will be installed on the Western boundary of the site to prevent any footballs from landng within the boundary of the site from the adjacent football pitches.

Variation of condition 9 of planning permission DC066233 to require the two means of connection between the site and the public right of way to the Southern boundary of the site to be provided and made available for use prior to completion of the development, rather than prior to occupation of any phase of the development. Variation of condition 15 of planning permission DC066233 to require the provision of a paladin fence not less than 1.5 metres high along the frontage of the site with thew M60 motorway, rather than a close boarded fence.

Erection of a site fence with access gates to the boundary perimeter of a development site.

The proposed development seeks to fence the two bowling greens in Vernon Park with 1.8metre high fencing, total length 93.11metres (including gates).
