The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

The following proposed tree work is to be completed by a tree surgeon and to BS 3998. 1) Ref: 9N, Tree Number: T28, Name: Mauldeth Road No.12 1975, Species: Beech Request to crown reduce beech tree by 30% taking all cuts back to suitable growing points. Labelled on sketch as T28. Tree is significantly overgrown and requires bringing back to a safe and suitable growing height. Tree branches are also growing into the telephone line. Request: to cut back the overhang to be in line with garage door and to top where needed. Required to shape tree and increase space on the driveway. (Photos attached- T1) 3) T2. Species: Conifers. Location: on right hand boundary of the property. Request: to top line down to the height of the first conifer. To cut back front and back face. Required to maintain trees and to produce more light on the boundary. (Photos attached- T2) 4) T3. Species: Laurel tree. Location: By the rear of the side gate. Request: To remove by root. Required to create space at side of the garden so that a summer house can be re-installed and so that roots do not disturb the building. There is one tree in this application. It is a Silver Birch in the rear garden of 27 Tatton Road North. It is roughly 3 metres from the boundary fences of 3 neighbouring properties. The tree is thought to be over 60 years old and approximately 12 metres in height with branches that are not accessible to a layman. An arborist has been retained and has given the opinion that the tree should have approximately 3 metres of reduction across the canopy to make it more manageable and protect telephone wires running through the branches to the house next door. Hi, we aim to remove the tree at the rear right hand side of the garden. We have just recently moved into the property and it is clear to us that when fully covered with leaves the tree covers the garden of light through the morning and early afternoon. The tree is also pushing our fence line at the back of the property. We would also like to direct a bike/shed/green house/vegetable patch at the rear of our garden.

There are three trees on our property that require maintenance. There is a cherry tree at the bottom of our garden that was damaged in a storm. It's leaning over and it's roots are lifting out of the ground and damaging our lawn and flower beds. It is threatening to take down the fence if it falls. The second tree is a silver birch in a courtyard between the house and out buildings. There are two branches that are rubbing on each other and there is a open wound. We want to prune one of the branches to reduce the risk of the tree becoming diseased. The third three is a cherry blossom which is beside our out buildings and greenhouse. The tree needs to be pruned so that the branches are not hitting our greenhouse (we are worry the glass will be broken by the branch in bad weather). We have a tree surgeon lined up to do the work. None of the trees are under a tree preservation order but the house is in the Marple Bridge Conservation Area. - HAR/CA24 , TPO#: W4 - 9E

Removal of large conifer in rear near house approaching house height and if it fell would hit the house. The root system is starting to undermine fencing. If removal is not possible then a significant reduction and sympathetic reshape at the very least. There are also two large apple trees which drop an excessive amount of fruit that I would like to trim back. Admittedly, along with other fruit and vegetables that are grown in both my neighbours gardens, I think they are the main reason for a rat infestation that we had last year. It would be great to just chop these back 1/2m and make them more manageable. HAR/CA21.

Form a new detached garage at the lower ground floor (road level). The garage will be covered over above at the upper ground floor level (house threshold) to create additional garden space. A new fence will be added to the perimeter of the garden as indicated on the drawings.
