Erection of a new 1.93m high security fence to the north, east and south of the site. There are no changes proposed to the size, massing or appearance of the building. The Car Park, Delivery Yard and soft landscaping will remain as they are.

T1-Conifer Fell root damage lifting driveway & disturbing wall, also interfering with with telegraph pole. planted in unsuitable location. T2-Small Holly fell unsuitable location in the way of fence line. T3-Cherry fell dead. T4-Small Conifer fell unsuitable location in the way of fence line. T1 1no. Cherry Front left hand side. Fell the small tree, implicated in drain blockage. T2 1no. Cherry Rear left hand side. Fell the tree damaging the low wall and drive area. T3 1no. Sycamore Rear. Self-seeded tree in the drainage ditch bottom. Fell and treat stump. T1 - an unattractive tree pruned back from the drive in the past, driveway damage and a nearby root blocked drain, we seek to fell this tree. T2 - another cherry of limited visual amenity, close to a fence and breaking up the hard landscaping (wall/patio). Extension to South Western elevation of building to comprise new classroom, entrance, lobby, reception office and entry corridor. We plan to cut down 4 Conifers which are located at the rear of our garden, along the fence line, they are not subject to TPO's. We have hired a landscape gardener who is undertaking all the work in the garden as well as employing a contractor to cut down the trees. We plan to replace these trees with different trees to grant us privacy from our neighbours. - HAR/CA15
