The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

T1 young Oak tree located behind garage outbuilding. Proposal to reduce back overhanging branches in line with property boundary. Reduction by 2.5 metres from branch tip. Area 1) rear field behind woodland. all tree's along fence line to be crown lifted to to 4.5m to re-instate Grazing for livestock and all boundary hedges to be trimmed back to boundary. Area 2) LHS Field alongside drive. All tree's to be crown lifted to 4.5m and cut back on lower boundary wall. T1) Beech lower hanging larger lym to be cut back to boundary overhanging shed roof. T1 Lime sectional dismantle. To create space between the Lime and Beech tree. T2 Lime crown lift epicormic growth to 5 m from ground level. To tidy stem and lift crown. T3 Oak low limb over the Laurel remove back to the trunk, limb off the rear stem extending over the garden reduce by 2.5 m, 2 limbs over the garden reduce by 2.5 - 3 m. Lift secondary limbs over the road to 6 m from ground level. Remove deadwood 5cm+ in diameter. To crown lift and reduce over garden. T4 Beech sectional dismantle. Poor specimen suppressed between other trees. T5 Walnut lower fork of the limb over the roof, reduce back to the fork. To minimise overhang. T6 Ptercarya cut the low limbs back to the fence, clip others back where they overhang if possible. To minimise overhang. T9 Lime remove the fork on secondary limb on the pondside of the tree. To minimise overhang over pond. T10 Lime remove the 20cm diameter limb on the pond side of the tree. To minimise overhang over pond. T13 Silver Birch reduce in height by approx 4 m pruning side limbs to balance. To control size due to lean towards building.
