The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

T1 young Oak tree located behind garage outbuilding. Proposal to reduce back overhanging branches in line with property boundary. Reduction by 2.5 metres from branch tip. Work is proposed reduce risk of falling branches onto roof. T2 Small self seeded sycamore tree overhanging boundary. Proposal to reduce back overhanging canopy to boundary fence 1.5 metres from branch tip. TPO 61W, TPO 191W.

Area 1) rear field behind woodland. all tree's along fence line to be crown lifted to to 4.5m to re-instate Grazing for livestock and all boundary hedges to be trimmed back to boundary. Area 2) LHS Field alongside drive. All tree's to be crown lifted to 4.5m and cut back on lower boundary wall. T1) Beech lower hanging larger lym to be cut back to boundary overhanging shed roof. Installation of glazing to side (north east) elevation, corner extension to single storey rear extension, corner extension to first floor roof terrace and erection of timber fencing to side (north east) property boundary
