Extend hard surface (permeable asphalt) to allow for an extended play space and new multi-use sports area and install fencing, closed back goal mouths at either end creation of a swale and landscaping/tree planting.

Suppressed and decaying Pear fruit tree to be taken down as it is damaging other vegetation and fences. This tree is in the far corner of the rear garden overhanging 2 neighbours' gardens. It is in a very poor condition and covered with ivy. An arborist has been to survey and advised that it needs immediate attention and removal. HAR/CA34.

Reduction in tree branches by removing everything that is growing over my property. The tree has caused damage to the fencing around property. I have a 4 year old child who spends a lot of time in the garden but recently with the wind there have been large branches falling from the trees behind my property and they have caused damage to both items in my garden as well as neighbouring gardens. I have tried numerous times to contact the owners of this land which is Herron Homes as they receive maintenance fees each month from neighbouring streets to maintain this specific piece of land and they are refusing to manage this. I have had ProArb tree surgeon Adam Dinsdale out to assess the trees and he has confirmed a maximum of 30% reduction is needed of the tree that is growing over my property due to the damage and danger it is causing to both the property and residents. Tree A - Silver Birch - removal of tree required as tree surgeon has confirmed that it is rotting from the top down due and will pose a danger if not removed. With young children, we do not want a fatality. HAR/CA21. Tree B (Fern) and Bush C (Holly) - we have recently received planning to extend the dwelling and as part of this work, we would like to landscape the garden. The fern and holly bush take up c.14 feet at the back of the garden and we are looking to remove these but replace them with new trees. The trees would be replaced with pleached holly trees (Nellie Stevens type). The fence is also rotten behind and will need replacing. The large Eucalyptus tree adjacent to the silver birch would remain but the crown reduced slightly as it is very high. A sketch idea of how the garden would look eventually is also included.

The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

T1 Prunus species - reduce crown by 1.5 meters; pruning to BS3998 standard T2 Birch - reduce crown by 1.5 meters; pruning to BS3998 standard T3 Apple - formatively prune and reduce by a meter to improve both form and yield. Group 4 - eucalyptus/contorted willow and birch and cherry. Formatively prune eucalyptus; reduce height by 1.5 meters back to sufficient growth points. Reduce small, ornamental willow to below fence height to encourage a new thicker, shorter crown and remove badly pruned birch to below fence height. Remove small badly pruned cherry. HAR/CA15.
