T1 - Lawson Cypress. Fell to ground level and remove stump. Tree is causing issues for residents car parking due to needle and foliage dropping onto parked cars. Also, residents of upper flats facing the tree would value more light and a wider view of the treescape beyond the proximity of T1, which blocks this view.
