Proposed two storey rear/side extension to create a new open plan kitchen/living/dining room off the existing lounge at ground floor and extended bedroom above. Extension above existing garage at the side of the house to create additional accommodation at first floor.

Proposed enlargement of existing house (including an upwards extension) to create additional internal accommodation and proposed additional internal garage and car parking space.

Proposed demolition of front porch, both rear conservatories, single storey kitchen outrigger and polycarbonate roof along passageway. Proposed replacement single storey rear extension and single storey sunrooms to both the main house and the existing garage. Conversion of the existing garage to habitable accommodation, removal of the pitched roof, replacement with flat roof design and increase in width (approx. 3m) to link garage to the main house. Alterations to existing window and door fenestration.

Application for the Variation of Condition 1 attached to planning permission DC/068898 to allow the use of the existing Children's home and detached garage annexe by up to a total of 4 children and associated care home staff, with the garage annexe to be used for ancillary staff accommodation only and not for the accommodation of children (revised submission following withdrawal of application DC/078509)

Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension to connect existing house to existing garage to form additional living accommodation, plus covered patio to rear
