Non-material amendment to planning permission DC/078325 to revise description of proposed development to read:- Redevelopment comprising demolition of buildings, repurposing of existing buildings, and erection of new buildings for a mix of uses comprising residential apartments and dwellings (Use Class C3) and a care home (Use Class C2); ancillary hard and soft landscaping, formation of a new vehicular access onto Hollands Mill Road and Royal George Street, vehicular and cycle parking, and associated works and infrastructure.

Non-material amendment to DC/066750 to allow for a revised description of development to read as follows:- "Change of use of former public house to care home with partial demolition and erection of new extensions to form care home with parking, servicing and landscaping."

Discharge of Condition 4 (Validation report for contaminated land remediation) of DC/069536 for Residential development comprising 2no. pairs of semi-detached houses and 1 no. detached house with associated car parking, hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments following the demolition of the existing building.
