Conversion of the existing traditional agricultural building into one residential unit, complete with access, associated parking, turning and landscaping

Non-material amendment to planning permission DC/078325 to revise description of proposed development to read:- Redevelopment comprising demolition of buildings, repurposing of existing buildings, and erection of new buildings for a mix of uses comprising residential apartments and dwellings (Use Class C3) and a care home (Use Class C2); ancillary hard and soft landscaping, formation of a new vehicular access onto Hollands Mill Road and Royal George Street, vehicular and cycle parking, and associated works and infrastructure.

T1, T2 and T3 are three very large and tall spruces. We want to reduce the height of these 25m+ high trees by 33% to reduce risk of uprooting during high wind and consequently significant damage to residential property and/or people. Also remove dead branches to prevent them falling on the pavement and road. T12 is an Alder. It is diseased with premature leaf browning every year. More significantly the tree has a significant lean towards our house to get out of the shadow of a giant sycamore in neighbour's garden. This tree will be replaced by a specimen Acer or similar. Discharge of Conditions 13 (Photovoltaic Panels) and 15 (External Lighting) of Planning Permission DC/079400 for Demolition of existing buildings and erection of three storey building, providing for a Class E retail unit at the ground floor and eight residential apartments (Use Class C3) to the first and second floors, with associated vehicular access, car parking, servicing, cycle parking and wider associated works.

Proposal to erect a double and part single storey extension, loft conversion with new dormer to form a residential 2 bed self contained flat accross the 1st and 2nd floor and to increase the retail area on the ground floor.

New single storey rear extension to replace single storey rear extension to existing house. New windows to existing house at ground floor and first floor level. Conversion of detached single storey outbuilding to provide residential annexe to existing house.

Proposed change of use of existing office building (class E) to 2no. residential units (Class C3), the works include for dormer to roof space along with new external bin store and cycle storage, this is to be read alongside application DC/086594
