Tree specified as T1 on the attached tree location plan. Very Large Beech tree located at the rear boundary of the property with a large canopy overhanging the neighbouring property at the end of Woodroyd Close. Allowance to undertake a crown reduction of up to 4m to bring the canopy into a natural spherical shape. Works will also allow to remove identified bows in close proximity to properties to ensure a suitable 2m clearance between the tree and property is provided. A crown lift of 3m from ground level will ensure access beneath the tree is clear and free to aid with future maintenance. Tree identified as T2 on the attached tree location plan. Large Beech tree located at the side of the property. Canopy noted to be overgrown and in close proximity to the 34 Carrwood Rd property roof coverings which is known to have caused issues with leaf and debris build up on the roof coverings and in rainwater goods. Allow to undertake a crown reduction of up to 3m, to bring the canopy into a natural spherical shape. Allowance included to reduce bows in close proximity to the property to ensure a suitable 2m clearance between the property and tree is provided. Trees specified as T3 & T4 on the attached tree location plan. Two medium sized Beech trees located at the front of the property adjacent to Carrwood Road. Both trees noted to be overgrown and would benefit from maintenance works to bring the trees into a neat and manageable condition. Allow to undertake a crown reduction of 20% (circa 1.5 ??? 2m) to both trees to bring each canopy into a neat and tidy spherical shape. Any extended low bows over the roadway and car park area will be removed to aid with access, a suitable 4m clearance will be provided from ground level. Allow for a suitable letterbox clearance for phone lines through the canopy. HAR/CA29, TPO 316W.

Remove previously stubbed limb and reduce height to maintain boundary Tree line C - oaks - Reduce back from workshop roofs and formatively prune. Reduce by up to 2 meters. Orchard D - formatively prune fruit trees Tree E - self seeded oak - remove Tree line F - birch and oak Reduce back from the workshop roof and reduce crown by upto 1.5 meters - *owners may want to at some point in the next 2 years. 1. Beech - Remove secondary lateral limbs to clear the roof by 2 metres. 2. Laurel - Reduce to approximately the height of the wall and prune hard back on the property side. (This shrub could also be removed if you preferred). HAR/CA14. 3. Laburnum - Fell to ground level and treat the resulting stump to prevent regrowth. 4. Large Lime - Remove a 1 metre section of Ivy at the base. Clear epicormics growth off the trunk and around the low forks. Remove the low limb to the left of the tree extending over the property. Shorten other limbs overhanging the garden by 1.5-2 metres. Install 2 new cables into the tree to minimize excessive movement at the points of the fork. 5. Leylandii & Holly (between the Lime and Beech) - Reduce to 2-2.25 metres from ground level. 6. Beech - Remove the 150mm diameter limb low in the crown that extends over the garden. Reduce the limb above this by approximately 2 metres. Remove epicormic growth off the trunk and around the main forks. Clip any low laterals to provide a balanced low canopy. 7. Holly (under the Beech) - Reduce in height to 3.5 metres from ground level. 8. Rhododendron - Fell to ground level and grind out the resulting stump to approximately 150mm below ground level. Backfill chippings into the resulting hole. 9. Beech - Remove a 1 metre section of Ivy at the base. Remove epicormic growth on the trunk. 10. Beech (in the adjacent property) - Clip overhanging branches back by 1.5 metres. 11. Mixed trees and shrubs - Cut all growth back to the line of the boundary. 12. Yew - Reduce in height by 2.5 metres and prune side limbs by 1-1.5 metres to shape.
