Demolish conservatory and lean to. Replace with single storey extension. A new single-pitched slate roof matching that on the main house will replace the three roof pitches currently formed by the conservatory and lean-to. Rebuild the greenhouse to closely resemble the current structure, but in white aluminium.

Demolish existing flat roof garage on gable, erect 2 storey to north, south gable and rear elevation, extend single storey front elevation to gable and dormer to front bedroom. Increase parking to front of house. Change plastic boarding for tile hanging.

Removal of existing car port to side of dwelling, which is attached to neighbouring house. Build new 2 storey pitched roof side extension.

Front extensions, rear extensions, roof extension including rear dormers and external alterations to provide a multi-generational home. Single storey out building to rear garden.

Changing a flat roof at the front of the house to a hipped roof to match either side. Adding a new open porch. Modifying the current Outhouse layout to include a bootroom. Modernising the interior of the main property including changing a bedroom into an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Addition of a new carport in front of existing garage and extending the garage roof over the new carport. Removal of a Sycamore tree and nearby shrubs to enable the widening of an existing driveway. New vehicle access gates to new widened driveway entrance and new matching gates to be added to the second existing driveway entrance for pedestrian access. (Amended)
