Relocation of shop entrance/exit to the western side elevation, incorporating automatic sliding doors and creation of level access through regrading of external area, with externally mounted perforated security shutter, together with the installation of a replacement non-opening shop frontage to the northern front elevation, including non-opening glazing with external facing adverts with externally mounted perforated security shutter, and elevational alterations to the rear southern elevation, including the installation of a single-leaf service door, replacement canopy, with externally mounted perforated security shutter and relocated externally mounted plant, and associated alterations.

Advertising consent to incorporate cladding with advertising vinyl on all elevations of the proposed retail 'Pod'.
