Partial redevelopment of site comprising: 1) Demolition of the frontage building adjacent to Oldmoor Road. 2) Partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to existing self-storage building, including ancillary office accommodation, and modifications to Oldmoor Road access. 3) Demolition of structures and erection of a detached building for use as a builders' merchants (including storage/distribution, trade counter, offices and ancillary retail sales) and modifications to Whitefield Road access; 4) associated car, cycle and other parking, hard and soft landscaping.

Demolition of 2 x buildings at 29-31 Princes Street and 2-4 Deanery Way followed by the landscaping of the site and change of use of the land from retail to public realm.

Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a retail convenience store (Use Class A1) together with ATM, plant, satellite dishes, car parking, landscaping, including new bollards and associated infrastructure.
