T3 Pyracantha to be trimmed and shaped. T4 Acer to be crown reduced by 30% of volume (by approximately .5m). T5 Acer in the front to be crown reduced by 30% of volume (by approximately .5m). T6 Acer on the boundary to be reduced in height to match the existing hedge. HAR/CA15.

T2 - Cherry front of property - remove smaller crossing internal branches, crown lift to 3m over pavement and prune from streetlight to give 1.5m clearance. T3 - Birch front of property - crown lift to 3m over pavement and 2m for remaining canopy. T4 - Cherry front of property on neighbouring boundary - crown lift to 2m. HAR/CA30, TPO 84W.

T1 horse chestnut, overgrown previously pollarded. Regrowth is so much that limbs are failing at main stem causing damage to tree and neighbouring properties. Proposal to fell tree as main stem is already subject to damage from limb failure. Replant with x1 horse chestnut tree in similar location. T2 self seeded Ash tree growing at base of boundary wall causing damage to wall Proposal fell and remove to prevent further damaged to wall. HAR/CA36.

Looking at the Stockport Council website under tree protection order using my postcode, I could see TPO. There is one tree which over hangs over my rear garden and is becoming hazardous as more large branches fall. I would like to prune it back to the boundary

Tree A - big pine - reduce back from roof line Tree B - big pine - remove dead wood and reduce slightly back from drive Tree c - oak - reduce limb back from property to maintain boundary Tree line D - reduce several limbs on pine as per picture and subtley reduce limbs on other conifers back from driveway/ parking area. Tree work is intended to leave as little impact as possible and will be done in away that does not adversely effect the amenity of the trees to the public. BS3998 proposed pruning. TPO 110W.

Garden approx. 27m length, tree centrally located 5m from back boundary hedge with neighbours garden. Tree was originally a copper-leaved Silver Birch which over recent years has developed more towards a green-leaved variety and grown more vigorously. Tree is now noticeably taller than surrounding trees and causes excessive shading over neighbours garden. Aim is to have the top third professionally pruned back to bring in line with surrounding trees. HAR/CA34.

This application is to fell three large Cedar trees and one Magnolia in front garden of 19 Prince???s Road. These are identified as T1, T2, T3 and T5 respectively in the attached plan. Approval to fell these trees had been granted on 30th March 2021, reference DC/079759, but the Covid 19 pandemic created practical difficulties to get the work done and the consent has expired. The text of the earlier approved application is provided below. All the facts presented at that time remain valid. The conditions specified by SMBC in March 2021 are accepted, including the planting of two new cherry trees (6-8ft standards).. The trees continue to grow and as an example, T3 is now calculated to be 23.1m high and is 10.2m from the corner of the tree owner???s house. Copy of text from DC/079759: Cedars (T1, T2 & T3) - fell because all 3 are over 20m tall and within 10m of house. Very large heavy trees would do much damage if fell during high winds. Crowns raised approx. 5 years ago but significant loss of light in front rooms of house. Roots encroaching on house. Boundary wall displaced by 30cm by T1. Also dead branches fall on the pavement and road. Garden will be professionally redesigned and include a selection of specimen trees including Acer, Magnolia and English broadleaf such as Hornbeam. Magnolia (T5) - fell because too close to house, loss of light, and leaning badly due to overshadowing by T1. HAR/CA21.
