Fell Ash tree in our back garden that is suffering from ash die-back and dangerously overhanging onto Malton Road. One branch broke off Saturday 3rd June 2023 landing on road. This requires urgent approval and tree works. Ash tree bordering our neighbours at 1Malton Road requires urgent pruning as branches dangerously overhanging their conservatory plus tree is taking sun away from their garden. HAR/CA21.

The tree is located at the rear of the garden of 53 Dean Lane. The tree branches extend into our garden and hang approximately 10 meters into the garden. This includes over the conservatory and the patio area. The request is to have the branches cut back, by up to 3m (to previous pruning points) to stop both falling branches and bird faeces. As we have a three year old daughter we are extremely concerned about the risk of both of these issues. TPO 309W.

1.Fell sycamore sapling, it is damaging the boundary fencing and also causes excessive shading. 2.Fell cherry tree, the roots have damaged the concrete base of a substantial outbuilding and there is also potential danger to the conservatory of a neighboring property. 3.Reduce silver birch crown by 20%, potential danger to main building and causing excessive shading. Backyard of my property, 12A Carlton Place SK7 6AG, Neighbour address Lane End House, Buxton Road Stockport. My neighbour has a very large tree ref no 214E tree no T16 which overhangs my property. The branches are physically touching the conservatory glass and are almost touching the upstairs windows. The fruit from the tree also consistently drops onto the conservatory roof and I am afraid the glass will shatter in time. I am not sure if a TPO is in place on the tree. Can you advise on the process needed to have the tree trimmed so that it no longer poses a threat to my property? Mortar colour to match existing - black Double storey extension to be finished with slate roof to match existing. All new windows in development will be timber and match existing style and will be double hung sashes. Sills will be stone to match existing sills on the property. Heads will be timber and match existing windows. Details of the windows to the timber replacement side conservatory and extensions are attached to this application. These will be timber double hung sashes to match existing with mouldings and timber sections matching the existing traditional original windows in the property. The windows will be positioned to match the existing windows in the external reveal. They will be set back to copy the original design as per front elevation of the property's existing windows. There will be no mounted trickle vents fitted to any new or retained windows. With regard to condition 8, there are no planned removal of trees surrounding the new developments. The existing trees will be fenced off and protected. We have previously liaised with James Appleton and he was aware of our planting of 17 new trees to the Laurel End side of the property in 2017. We have added at least 40 new shrubs to the front elevation of the property. There are no further plans to add or remove in respect of the landscaping surrounding our development.
