1) Sycamore X5 saplings and self seaders along canal wall remove to preserve wall. 2) Sycamores X2 behind garage crown lift to 8 Meters to clear garage roof. 3) Sycamores X2 dead internally need to be felled to make safe. 4) Ash, Sycamore one of each behind garage next to wall fell to ground level. 5) Ash, Sycamore Various all trees to be dead wooded to make safe. 6) Ivy around all various trees to be severed and removed. T1-T4 Pine trees all trees have outgrown their location and far too close to the property, trees dropping limbs without high winds, damage to the garage and damage to drains. Fell the two Pine trees closest to the garage to avoid damage to the garage. TPO 268E, TPO 155E.

Required to create space at side of the garden so that a summer house can be re-installed and so that roots do not disturb the building. In rear garden, along boundary with 123 Bramhall lane south, T1 Oak, reduce all round by 1m, crown thin 15 %, and deadwood, raise crown to 5m, removing branches from above the garage roof, T2 conifer, reduce by one third. HAR/CA30, TPO#: - 162W.

(1) Trees & bushes at front of house to be pruned including holly, laurel & yew to be pruned by 20%. (2) Front right: Fell dead tree that has been taken over & killed by ivy. After felling the dead tree, neighbouring laurel will be able to fill out and take the space. (3) Side right: Fell 2 dead trees killed by ivy. Felling dead trees will allow other neighbouring trees including plum to flourish. (4) Fell dead elm tree to right boundary. (5) Fell large laurel bushes at right of vestibule entrance that are a risk to the dwelling foundations. (4) and (5) will be replaced by the boundary privet hedge which will be allowed to grow more fully. (6) Fell 2 small conifer trees directly in front of house as these are blocking light to the dwelling and are a risk to the foundations. Not be be replaced as too close to house. Maple (T1) - fell because is diseased and could possibly fall on adjacent garage. We have been advised, by two independent tree surgeons to remove the tree and with some degree of urgency, whilst it is still safe to climb. HAR/CA34
