Very Large Beech tree located at the rear boundary of the property with a large canopy overhanging the neighbouring property at the end of Woodroyd Close. Allowance to undertake a crown reduction of up to 4m to bring the canopy into a natural spherical shape. Works will also allow to remove identified bows in close proximity to properties to ensure a suitable 2m clearance between the tree and property is provided. A crown lift of 3m from ground level will ensure access beneath the tree is clear and free to aid with future maintenance. Tree identified as T2 on the attached tree location plan. 1. Beech - Remove secondary lateral limbs to clear the roof by 2 metres. 2. Laurel - Reduce to approximately the height of the wall and prune hard back on the property side. (This shrub could also be removed if you preferred). HAR/CA14. 3. Laburnum - Fell to ground level and treat the resulting stump to prevent regrowth. 4. Large Lime - Remove a 1 metre section of Ivy at the base. Clear epicormics growth off the trunk and around the low forks. Remove the low limb to the left of the tree extending over the property. Shorten other limbs overhanging the garden by 1.5-2 metres. Install 2 new cables into the tree to minimize excessive movement at the points of the fork. 5. Holly (under the Beech) - Reduce in height to 3.5 metres from ground level. 8. Rhododendron - Fell to ground level and grind out the resulting stump to approximately 150mm below ground level. Backfill chippings into the resulting hole. 9. Beech - Remove a 1 metre section of Ivy at the base. Remove epicormic growth on the trunk. 10. Beech (in the adjacent property) - Clip overhanging branches back by 1.5 metres. 11. Mixed trees and shrubs - Cut all growth back to the line of the boundary. 12. Yew - Reduce in height by 2.5 metres and prune side limbs by 1-1.5 metres to shape.
