Proposed demolition of single storey side extension and erection of a replacement single storey side extension (set back from the front elevation of the main house). Proposed additional single storey rear extension, internal alterations and new windows/doors to rear elevation (ground floor). Conversion of existing basement chambers to habitable rooms. Alterations to the front boundary of the site to allow for hardstanding parking area. Proposed gated access and a driveway leading to the new garage. Proposed raised patio area to the rear elevation (updated description of proposal 10/10/22).

Proposed demolition of front porch, both rear conservatories, single storey kitchen outrigger and polycarbonate roof along passageway. Proposed replacement single storey rear extension and single storey sunrooms to both the main house and the existing garage. Conversion of the existing garage to habitable accommodation, removal of the pitched roof, replacement with flat roof design and increase in width (approx. 3m) to link garage to the main house.
