Single storey extension coming from the existing front elevation where the two garages are located. A sloping roof return. As you look at the house the left hand garage door would be replaced with a window to match existing front windows. This space would create a study room. Over the front door we want to add an oak framed A frame porch with two supporting posts that will protrude forward from new extension and past the left hand gable ends wall.
