The new building extension and existing building is to be finished with K-Rend silicone thin coat Antique. The only brickwork will be the lower section of the west elevation due to the close proximity to the boundary and stall rising plinth below the render which will be Jewsons Carlton Ridings Gold Antique facing bricks. 2. Windows were previously specified as white mupvc. They are now to be Residence collection R7 flushed sash windows in colour Painswick. 3.Roof tiles were previously specified as dark red Sandtoft tiles. These are to be replaced with Redland Rosemary roof tile in colour Blue Brindle. 4.Fascias and soffit boards together with rainwater goods were previously oak mupvc coloured.
