Application for a Non-Material Amendment (NMA) to DC/066807 and DC/075497 - The creation of a new residential neighbourhood on the site of the Offerton Industrial Estate, formerly known as the Battersby Hat Works: comprising the demolition of a number of industrial structures, the conversion of two of the most significant retained structures fronting onto Hempshaw Lane, including facade retention in part and construction of new family homes behind the retained elements.
