(1) Trees & bushes at front of house to be pruned including holly, laurel & yew to be pruned by 20%. (2) Front right: Fell dead tree that has been taken over & killed by ivy. After felling the dead tree, neighbouring laurel will be able to fill out and take the space. (3) Side right: Fell 2 dead trees killed by ivy. Felling dead trees will allow other neighbouring trees including plum to flourish. (4) Fell dead elm tree to right boundary. (5) Fell large laurel bushes at right of vestibule entrance that are a risk to the dwelling foundations. (4) and (5) will be replaced by the boundary privet hedge which will be allowed to grow more fully.
