Not to be replaced due to its location under canopy of oak (T10); Oak: T10, crown lift to 5m above ground level to reduce excessive shading over garden and adjacent dwelling and to improve visual appearance of tree; Hawthorn: T11, Fell to ground level because of severe decay to trunk and evidence of root decay and poor visual appearance.
