Tree Identified as T1 on the attached tree location plan. Medium sized Sycamore located within the front garden area of the No.2 Cranbourne Rd property. Tree is noted to be choked with Ivy and is in an overgrown condition which is affecting light passage into the apartments. We also noted that telephone lines are present through the canopy with one line visibly entangled within the branches. Allow to cut Ivy growth at ground level and strip to a height of 1m from ground level. Undertake a reduction in height of up to 30% to bring the canopy into a natural shape and to aid with light passage into the apartments. Allow to remove extended bows over the roadway and allow to cut a clear path for the telephone wire through the canopy. Tree Identified as T2 on the attached tree location plan. Medium sized Sycamore tree located on the border between No.2 and the adjacent property. Tree is choked by Ivy growth and is noted to be overgrown and untidy. Cut Ivy at low level to restrict further growth. Allow for a crown reduction of circa 30% to bring the canopy into a neat and tidy shape allowing greater light passage into both properties. Allow to cut back extended branches over the No.2 property and also allow to cut and clear Ivy growth to a height of 1m from ground level. HAR/CA15, TPO 15N.

Tripple Stemmed Sycamore (T1) Reduce and/or move live branches as needed, 3-4 metres length reduction, upper third. The reason is: The tree is now dominating the rear of the flats and reduction of the tree is an option, it is NOT the preferred option of the residents, who would prefer to fell and replant.

T7 - Pine T29 on plan. Removal of single lowest limb extending over car parking space to provide more clearance over parking area and reduce needle litter. G1 - Remove T16, T18, T22. Sympathtic pruning of holly T21 Cypress trees (16/18) are causing oppressive reduction of light to upper flats and preventing enjoyment of higher amenity value trees further away from the property. These trees are now beginning to outgrow their location adjacent to the building, and a replant of smaller species would be favourable long term. Holly trees (21/22) are both previous old pollards with extensive regrowth and poor form canopies. These are also close to the property and contributing to the lack of light and oppressive feel. Replant 2 x wild cherry and 2 x hazel in similar location. TPO#: - 237E.

Large Conifer at corner of the house. At the rear, near steps up to flats 3, 4 and 5. Roots have caused damage at bottom of the steps and concern for further damage. HAR/CA15, TPO#: 18N, TPO#: 19N.

T1: 14m willow is growing from the rear boundary of 15 Avon Road. Branches are touching the flats and hanging low across the lawn making mowing difficult. T1 - Lawson Cypress. Fell to ground level and remove stump. Tree is causing issues for residents car parking due to needle and foliage dropping onto parked cars. Also, residents of upper flats facing the tree would value more light and a wider view of the treescape beyond the proximity of T1, which blocks this view. Residents are happy to replant a suitable replacement situated into the lawned areas behind T1. TPO#: 237E
