Very Large Beech tree located at the rear boundary of the property with a large canopy overhanging the neighbouring property at the end of Woodroyd Close. Allowance to undertake a crown reduction of up to 4m to bring the canopy into a natural spherical shape. Works will also allow to remove identified bows in close proximity to properties to ensure a suitable 2m clearance between the tree and property is provided.
