We had the Oak tree trimmed earlier this year by our usual tree surgeon. However, the sap dripping from the tree as well as bird faeces dropping from the tree are causing significant damage and problems on our driveway and damaging the bodywork to our cars parked on the driveway. As a result my wife???s car valuation was reduced due to the damaged paintwork caused by the sap and faeces when we recently sold the vehicle. In addition, our neighbours have complained and our window cleaner has commented on the mess and damage that is being caused. We are therefore requesting that the tree is felled (by our usual qualified tree surgeon) or at the very least some form of robust pruning / pollarding to ensure all overhanging branches are cut back. Ash tree. We have consulted North Cheshire Forestry Services who advised that the tree needs crown reduction to approx 5m and balancing up. Tree is blocking light from upstairs bedroom and lounge window. TPO 310E.

3 beech trees at front of property require 2 to 3 metre reductions to pull branches away from property and over the road this will also increased light penetration onto front lawn and windows of number 53. A 4 meter lift on the canopy would also help achieve the the points stated above. Lime tree in rear of property just wants the epicormic growth removing as a matter of general maintenance (we will also be deadwood if this tree). The Yew tree at the front of the property has overgrown and is now reaching halfway the top floor window and is partially obscuring the light from the downstairs front room. To reduce by 20-30% It is also partially covering the windows of next door property number 14. In addition a few weeks ago I had to call a drains company to unblock the drain at the front of the property and was told they think the roots have grown into the drain causing partial blockage. I expect proper camera inspection of the drain will have to be carried out in the near future. Backyard of my property, 12A Carlton Place SK7 6AG, Neighbour address Lane End House, Buxton Road Stockport. My neighbour has a very large tree ref no 214E tree no T16 which overhangs my property. The branches are physically touching the conservatory glass and are almost touching the upstairs windows. The fruit from the tree also consistently drops onto the conservatory roof and I am afraid the glass will shatter in time. I am not sure if a TPO is in place on the tree. Can you advise on the process needed to have the tree trimmed so that it no longer poses a threat to my property? Two Oak trees, between 60-70 foot. Want to reduce and reshape the canopy by 20% and crown thin by 20% secondary branches only for safety and signal reasons. They have been looked at by Ben Bostock who removed several trees in the garden of number 22 which also had POs on them. We can not get any television signal and have had arial replaced twice to try and combat this issue, which has not helped and we have been advised it is due to the trees. We also can't get mobile signal in the house which is very inconvenient. The front of the house is in constant shade as the two trees now are only a couple of feet away from the windows. There s an increasing number of massive dead branches, which have become a hazard, especially during stormy weather with some large dead branches falling off. This could could a danger to ourselves and passing pedestrians. We would like permission to cut the trees to 50% of their height, in order to improve safety and well being of the trees.
