Proposed single storey rear extension, erection of brick side fence and external alterations

Proposed demolition and rebuild of existing garage and associated extensions to provide new entrance, garage and storage area, external alterations to existing property and proposed fence adaption for visibility splay for new off road parking space including dropped kerb.

Driveway alterations including replacement surface and widening, replacement fencing to the front and rear of site, replacement patio to the rear, landscaping to the front and rear gardens, shed in rear garden.

Proposed amendment to front access steps to dwelling, replace garden fencing and gate (to the side set back from the front elevation of the dwelling house) with secure timber gates and timber fencing, alterations to existing converted basement and alterations to improve natural light and to provide improved external access.

Proposed side extension. Alterations to rear elevation. Part removal of low level privet fence.

Proposed increase in no.4 fence pannels to 2 metres in height along the eastern side boundary facing onto Lorna Grove. The proposal would maintain 1 metre tall fencing along Altrincham Road. (As per supporting document received 21/09/20, previous driveway alterations and dropped kerb have now been removed from the scheme).

Extensions and alterations to existing dwellinghouse comprising the rebuilding of existing garage with first floor extension above, two storey side extension to eastern elevation, alterations to existing roof, basement, new fencing and gates, landscaping and arboricultural works.
