Forming of internal opening.

The proposed works to the site that require Listed Building Consent include the removal of the paint to the exterior masonry, the removal of the illuminated box sign to the front elevation, repair works to the uncovered brick wall to the east and the removal of an area of cement based render to the lower section of the eastern wall. The client is seeking to attain retrospective Listed Building Consent for the addition of a Gypsum Casoline MF ceiling soundproofing system, the addition of two sections of timber board to walls in the basement and the installation of two tables to the ground floor.

Resurfacing of existing driveway including formation of new drystone garden wall, amendment to existing drystone wall and new timber vehicular entrance gates.

Addition of 600mm metal high railings to low height section of the existing boundary wall, addition of bespoke metal non-foothold single gate access to the site grounds and addition of 1200mm high metal bow-top railings to the inner perimeter of the site separating the car park and school playground.

Listed Building Consent application for minor internal and external alterations

Proposed standalone garden studio structure, replacing existing outbuilding in garden in the same location

Change of use to a ground floor commercial unit with a residential dwelling above. Installation of new shopfront and external alterations

The proposal is to externally replace existing signage with new and internally to refurbish the branch. The internal works will mainly consist of new decoration and flooring throughout or as indicated on the floor plans.

Listed Building Consent for the removal of part section of external site wall and make good remaining section and to infill opening in Main Building wall.
