Conversion of the existing two storey extension into 1no self-contained flat. Alterations to existing landscaping. Replacement of existing windows and doors and creation of openings. Internal alterations.

There is no plan to extend/ alter or demolish any of the structure or surroundings at Strawberry Gardens. The proposed plan is to install a car park management system including an ANPR camera and associated signage - which includes 6 signs, 5 of which are on new poles and one on a new ANPR column. This will help to control the level of abuse the site is receiving and will make the parking manageable for the correct users.

Listed Building Consent to erect a single storey side and rear wraparound extension to the north western elevations and proposed additional single storey side extension to the south eastern side elevation to The hayloft, the converted Dutch barn building at no. 4 Ladybridge Barns, which is located within the curtilage of a listed building i.e. Ladybridge Farmhouse (Historic England Ref: 1241729).

External alterations to the Greek Street Building including demolition of adjoining lean-to structures and buildings, adjoining storage unit, two-storey extension and boiler room and existing walls and fences; removal of flue and associated fixings and equipment; removal and reinstatement of windows and doors; and all other associated works (Listed Building Consent).
