The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

To the front of the house we are requesting that one tree limb and the canopy of a Laburnum tree be pruned as it is encroaching on the house. Denoted by L on the site plan. To the rear of the house: - we are requesting a 50% crown reduction of a Magnolia tree. Denoted by M on the site plan. - we are requesting a 30% crown reduction and pruning of lower branches of Silver Birch. Denoted by B on the site plan. - we are requesting the removal of self seeded 2 Sycamore trees. Denoted by S on the site plan. HAR/CA33.

T1 Beech Tree - Crown lift to 6 meters to gain more light plus reduce back from the house to give 2 meters clearance. T2 Cherry Tree - Crown lift to 5.5 meters over road. HAR/CA15, TPO 18N.

Two conifers to fell. Reasons - 1 interfering with BT wires, very thin and sparse. 1 a lot of shade on to house, making house feel damp. Also surpressed. Customer wants the 2 removed and stump grinding out. Customer does want to replant. HAR/CA21.

T1 Confier. Fell as customer concerned it is too close too house. T1-6 Sycamores. Prune overhanging lateral branches for maintenance and sunlight from Didsbury Road Primary School. HAR/CA14.

Leylandi and Conifer Trees. 5 ranging from 500mm to 1300mm dia. Reduce in size or ideally remove Conifers to reduce further root problems. Tree bases 6m from front wall of house. to improve security (hide gate to the rear) and reduce shade. HAR/CA15.

Removal of large Conifer. Property outlined in red on attached 1:125 plan. Tree identified on 1:5 plan. Is approx 35ft high, on a lawn bank at the front of the house, just inside south west boundary hedge. Has outgrown its location in the 25 years we have lived there. It has lost some lower branches and is ugly and brown. The roots are protruding through the lawn in places and are a trip hazard. The lawn surrounding the tree is dying back as dead material from tree drops on it. The tree is also growing into another tree in garden next door and into the telegraph wires above. Neighbours would be pleased to see the tree removed, and replaced with a more attractive, smaller evergreen. HAR/CA29, TPO 77W

Three sycamore trees to crown lift by approx 5 meters. Reasons to bring lower limbs off the gardens and let more light into garden. The 3 sycamore trees are on the boundary of 11 Cleveland Rd and 9 Cleveland Rd. The house that backs onto 11 Cleveland Road: 8 Princes Rd Heaton Moor Stockport SK4 3NQ HAR/CA21.

The attached diagram shows 2 poplars and 1 conifer on the north side of our garden, adjoining our neighbour at no. 24. These are approximately 35, 37 and 41 yards from the rear of our house. The second poplar is on the south side of our garden, adjoining our neighbour at no. 28. This is approximately 43 yards from the rear of our house. The work will be to reduce the height and possibly girth, where necessary. We will use professional tree surgeons. These mature trees all appear to be healthy and we have no desire to have them removed. They have just got too large and cast unwanted shadows over our garden and both our neighbours. We are sure that reducing them will keep them healthy and reduce the inevitable debris they drop. HAR/CA26.
