The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

Reduction in height of 9 Leylandii, parallel to the side wall of the property from 11m to 6m approx. to the gutter line of the main house. Reduce spread of trees by 40% to avoid overhanging neighbouring property and reduce shading of 2 Heathfield Road. Removal of 3 Leylandii, perpendicular to 2 Heathfield Road to facilitate works on of DC/077205. Upon completion of DC/077205, either replace Leylandii, perpendicular to house with new in order to fill gap or introduce new species to do same. All trees mature and allowed to grow unchecked so other species will have to be introduced along perimeter in order to provide same barrier. A trellis system for creeping plants to be considered (sympathetic to new green roof in DC/077205. HAR/CA36.

(T1) and (T2) Sycamores- prune back branches away from house/roof on Higham Street. HAR/CA26

We wish to remove a holly tree that has grown dangerously close to our neighbours house (no: 37) and in high wind is hitting the side of the gable end and roof, there is also root damage to the pathway between the properties . The neighbour is currently having to have part of the gable repaired. We do not feel any amenity value will be lost due to the removal of this tree as we have other threes within the garden but not near their property. - HAR/CA36

T1 - Larch - Height reduce by larger of two stems by 2m and the smaller of the two stems by 6m to remove co-dominance. Remove significant deadwood (>25mm diameter). T2 - Larch - Reduce bottom limb over garden to second lateral. Remove limb over neighbours garage. Remove vine from crown. Reduce/remove limbs to give at least 3m clearance from neighbours house/roof. Reduce over extended limbs from throughout crown to rebalance shape. Remove deadwood and stubs from throughout crown. Poplar - fell because of excessive shading, branches overhanging the roof and proximity to 150 Bramhall Lane South and 152 Bramhall Lane South. The proximity to the houses means the root system may cause damage to either house. The branches are shedding debris onto the roof and into gutters of 150. HAR/CA30, TPO#: 162W - A3, TPO#: 263W - T1
