T3 Pyracantha to be trimmed and shaped. T4 Acer to be crown reduced by 30% of volume (by approximately .5m). T5 Acer in the front to be crown reduced by 30% of volume (by approximately .5m). T6 Acer on the boundary to be reduced in height to match the existing hedge. HAR/CA15.

T1 horse chestnut, overgrown previously pollarded. Regrowth is so much that limbs are failing at main stem causing damage to tree and neighbouring properties. Garden approx. 27m length, tree centrally located 5m from back boundary hedge with neighbours garden. Tree was originally a copper-leaved Silver Birch which over recent years has developed more towards a green-leaved variety and grown more vigorously. Tree is now noticeably taller than surrounding trees and causes excessive shading over neighbours garden. This application is to fell three large Cedar trees and one Magnolia in front garden of 19 Prince???s Road. These are identified as T1, T2, T3 and T5 respectively in the attached plan. The trees continue to grow and as an example, T3 is now calculated to be 23.1m high and is 10.2m from the corner of the tree owner???s house. Cotoneaster in the rear right hand corner of the garden. Reduce in height by 1 metre and shape on the shed side of the tree. Silver Birch on the rear right hand boundary. Reduce in height by 2 metres and prune side limbs to shape. Mixed hedge on the front right boundary of the property. Reduce in height by 1 metre and fell the Sycamore in the hedge to ground level to stop competition with the rest of the hedge. HAR/CA26, TPO 60W.

Wild Cherry tree growing along the boundary between number 26 and 28 Parsonage Road Heaton Moor. Both property owners wish to apply for planning approval for removal of this tree only. There are two reasons the homeowners are seeking planning permission. One is loss of light and the second affects house number 28 only. Roots are allegedly causing damage to the home owners lawn. HAR/CA15, TPO 19N.

The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.
