Application Reference Number: DC/075414 Date of Decision: 21/08/2020 This application is to approve minor material amendments to aspects of material finishes described previously on the approved planning application drawings as follows. 1. The new building extension and existing building is to be finished with K-Rend silicone thin coat Antique. The only brickwork will be the lower section of the west elevation due to the close proximity to the boundary and stall rising plinth below the render which will be Jewsons Carlton Ridings Gold Antique facing bricks. 2. Windows were previously specified as white mupvc. They are now to be Residence collection R7 flushed sash windows in colour Painswick. 3.Roof tiles were previously specified as dark red Sandtoft tiles. These are to be replaced with Redland Rosemary roof tile in colour Blue Brindle. 4.Fascias and soffit boards together with rainwater goods were previously oak mupvc coloured. They are to be replaced with colour Painswick Grey facia boards and white soffits . Rainwater goods will be half round in colour grey. 5.New bifold doors to the rear extension are to be in colour Anthracite Grey 6.Coping to ground floor rear extension was previously specified as a pressed metal grey coping cover. The coping is now to be Bathstone. 7.The two large rear windows situated above the flat roof of the rear extension are to fitted with an external glass balustrade to prevent access through these windows onto the flat roof.
