Tree is noted to be choked with Ivy and is in an overgrown condition which is affecting light passage into the apartments. We also noted that telephone lines are present through the canopy with one line visibly entangled within the branches. Allow to cut Ivy growth at ground level and strip to a height of 1m from ground level. Undertake a reduction in height of up to 30% to bring the canopy into a natural shape and to aid with light passage into the apartments.
