We have two trees in our rear garden a Sliver Birch and a Red Maple that obstruct the light into our neighbour's kitchen, bedroom,and dining room windows, we would like to thin and reduce by one third the Silver Birch tree approx. height 4m and thin the red maple tree approx. heigh 3m. The Yew tree at the front of the property has overgrown and is now reaching halfway the top floor window and is partially obscuring the light from the downstairs front room. To reduce by 20-30% It is also partially covering the windows of next door property number 14. In addition a few weeks ago I had to call a drains company to unblock the drain at the front of the property and was told they think the roots have grown into the drain causing partial blockage. I expect proper camera inspection of the drain will have to be carried out in the near future.
