Non-material amendment to planning permission (ref: DC/072885) to alter the roof materials of the previously approved scheme (and the existign dwellinghouse) from pantile roof tiles to proposed black ceramic flat roof tiles to incorporate solar panels fitted into the roof which would remain flush with the resultant roof line.
