Proposed Residential development including the erection of one detached family dwelling house (Use Class C3(a)) to the rear of the site with new access, off-street parking and amenity space, totaling 1 new dwelling (Application for Permission in Principle only).

Change the use from a 4 bed residential dwellinghouse (Class C3), into a residential home for children between the ages of 8 to the age of 17 years old (Class C2), with three bedrooms for residents and one staff bedroom

T1, T2 and T3 are three very large and tall spruces. We want to reduce the height of these 25m+ high trees by 33% to reduce risk of uprooting during high wind and consequently significant damage to residential property and/or people. Also remove dead branches to prevent them falling on the pavement and road. T12 is an Alder. It is diseased with premature leaf browning every year. More significantly the tree has a significant lean towards our house to get out of the shadow of a giant sycamore in neighbour's garden. This tree will be replaced by a specimen Acer or similar. Cut prune them to a smaller size to ensure it's not affecting us sitting in the garden. Also they are extremely close to the house which is dangerous to the building. TPO 155E.

Fell 2 Pine Trees on the front drive. Reason for removal is that it is causing huge damage to the dive way bricks. I am concerned that the roots are in danger of causing damage to the foundations of the house. They are overhanging into the neighbours garden and are causing too much shade within the garden. I therefore wish to remove the trees and destroy the roots. HAR/CA29, TPO 79W.

Wild Cherry tree growing along the boundary between number 26 and 28 Parsonage Road Heaton Moor. Both property owners wish to apply for planning approval for removal of this tree only. There are two reasons the homeowners are seeking planning permission. One is loss of light and the second affects house number 28 only. Roots are allegedly causing damage to the home owners lawn.
