DC/089083 | Tree Works In A Conservation Area

19 Princes Road Heaton Moor Stockport SK4 3NQ

T1, T2 and T3 are three very large and tall spruces. We want to reduce the height of these 25m+ high trees by 33% to reduce risk of uprooting during high wind and consequently significant damage to residential property and/or people. Also remove dead branches to prevent them falling on the pavement and road. T12 is an Alder. It is diseased with premature leaf browning every year. More significantly the tree has a significant lean towards our house to get out of the shadow of a giant sycamore in neighbour's garden. This tree will be replaced by a specimen Acer or similar. DC/089115 | Works To Trees Covered By A TPO

Canterbury Gate 31A Carrwood Road Bramhall Stockport SK7 3LR

Fell 2 Pine Trees on the front drive. Reason for removal is that it is causing huge damage to the dive way bricks. I am concerned that the roots are in danger of causing damage to the foundations of the house. They are overhanging into the neighbours garden and are causing too much shade within the garden. I therefore wish to remove the trees and destroy the roots. HAR/CA29, TPO 79W.

28 Parsonage Road Heaton Moor Stockport SK4 4JR

Wild Cherry tree growing along the boundary between number 26 and 28 Parsonage Road Heaton Moor. Both property owners wish to apply for planning approval for removal of this tree only. There are two reasons the homeowners are seeking planning permission. One is loss of light and the second affects house number 28 only. Roots are allegedly causing damage to the home owners lawn. 9 Carr Brow High Lane Stockport SK6 8EX

Ash tree - Fell tree as the tree is growing/leaning towards the house and the owner and their neighbours have commented that it has become more so in the recent years. The trees overhang has been reduced in the past therefore it would be difficult to lighten the canopy or prune any further.

2 The Nook Ogden Road Bramhall Stockport SK7 1HJ

T52 Beech, need to fell as a danger to life and property. T51 Beech, 5m away was blown down in high winds causing huge damage to property. This was an apparently healthy tree but root ball shows decay and roots are soft and crumbly. Tree surgeon advised it had come to the end of its life. T52 has dieback, an underdeveloped canopy (uneven and leaning towards the house), leaves are small and appear diseased and not fully formed. Dead branches are hanging many have fallen on the house. It is over 100 yo and has also come to the end of its life and needs removal urgently. Will be replaced with new Beech. HAR/CA34, TPO#: - 117W.

103 Bramhall Lane South Bramhall Stockport SK7 2EE

Reference: 162W Tree Number: T36 Species: Chilean Pine The Monkey Puzzle (Chilean Pine) is serious hazard. Firstly, the tree roots have already caused significant damage to the drive and are encroaching closer to the house so, left unresolved, I am worried they will have irreparable damage to the house foundations. I also do not know where the drains are positioned but if they can push up the brick driveway then I assume they could, and may already be causing damage to the drains. Secondly, and more importantly, the tree canopy is positioned right where we park our car. Big, dense branches are constantly falling down so they are a serious danger to our health and safety, particularly our young children. The branches are long and very heavy as they full of sharp, spikey leaves. The branches also fall onto the roof of the car causing scratches and dents. The plan is to remove the tree completely to solve both these dangerous issues. There is no plan to replace the tree as once there is more than 2 cars on the drive (this is the case when we have guests, carers, visit the house and will be a daily challenge as our children get older and have cars) it is impossible to turn the cars around resulting in us having to dangerously reverse onto a busy road (Bramhall Lane South). A local registered arboricultural specialist has been to the house to view the tree and agrees with the assessment. HAR/CA30 ,TPO#: 162W - T36 ,TPO#: 162W - T37 ,TPO#: 162W - T38 ,TPO#: 162W - T39

8 Park Lodge Close Cheadle SK8 1HU

The tree is a very tall mature Scots Pine tree. Tree Preservation Order (no.15) 1964. Number A1 on the sketch. Ideally we want the tree to be cut down. Because it's so tall we are very worried that it may fall and damage our house. We have applied for this before and been refused. Our previous application number was DC/069815. If we cannot obtain permission for this, we want permission to cut all of the top branches as we don't want the top canopy. This is because the leaves fall off and go everywhere all over our driveway and on the roof. In addition, there are lots of birds and their droppings go on the roof and also in the driveway. This causes a lot of mess and we have to spend a lot of time cleaning it up. We do not have an expert report as of yet but will obtain one if it is necessary. We are willing to replant trees in our garden. TPO#: 374W.
